1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CommsHub.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CommsHub.ai ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Description of the Service
CommsHub.ai is an AI-powered communications platform designed to help organisations draft press releases, statements, interview briefs, and other communications content; analyse messaging for stakeholder impact; manage a document library; and log incoming enquiries. Access to the Service requires registration and is subject to administrator approval.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you represent to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
4. Account Registration & Security
- You may register using an email address and password or via Google OAuth.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@commshub.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
- New accounts are subject to administrator review before full access is granted.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Upload, generate, or distribute content that is defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service without our prior written consent.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in drafting and analysing communications content. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and drafting purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content before publication or distribution.
- You must not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional advice, including legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.
- CommsHub.ai does not accept any responsibility or liability for decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to CommsHub.ai. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Content you upload to the Service remains your property. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.
9. Confidentiality
- We will treat all content and information you upload to the Service as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.
- We will not use your content to train general-purpose AI models.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use any content within the Service.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CommsHub.ai, its affiliates, and its personnel from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- (a) your use of the Service;
- (b) any content you upload, generate, or publish using the Service; or
- (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CommsHub.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to CommsHub.ai for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Fees and Access
Access to the Service may be subject to fees as agreed separately. We reserve the right to modify pricing or access conditions with reasonable notice. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
14. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Where practicable, we will provide notice.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@commshub.ai.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
